Tracy Morrow, Executive Director

For 10 years Tracy has been an amazing and dedicated employee of the Junior League of Knoxville. After much discussion, research and creative thinking, the 2006 – 2007 Board of Directors (under the visionary leadership of former president Kandyce Harber) decided to revise the fund development action plan. After consulting with the Association of Junior Leagues and other similar-sized Leagues, the Board unanimously voted to restructure the Executive Director position to maintain a focus on Fund Development. It is our hope that this change will bring continuity to our Fund Development plans and outreach programs. Tracy, working closely with the Board of Directors and the Development Director will be able to train League members to more effectively reach interested partners and businesses that would like to support our community programs. Although the officers and Board members of our League change from year to year, the Executive Director position will be able to provide a sense of continuity as we strive to form solid relationships that will continue to grow stronger.
