2017 Tinsel & Treasure Merchant Application

Our online application process continues to give us problems with some applications not being submitted correctly. In order to make sure we receive all applications please download the application here and submit it to shopjlkmerchants@gmail.com.

A deposit of $100 is required upon submission of this application.  Please go back to the general Tinsel & Treasure section of our website and click the "Booth Purchase" link under the application link, in order to pay your deposit.  If you are NOT selected as a merchant for this event, your deposit will be refunded to you.  If you are selected, we will credit your deposit towards the cost of your booth.

Directions for Selecting Booth Location

The Shopping Spree booth map is designed to have various types of booths available. This layout does not allow for any overflowing into the aisles so please select the booth size below that best fits your needs. All merchants will be required to stay within their allotted booth space. Merchants with tabletop space only will be allotted the table and 2 chairs only and will not be given a booth.

BOOTH LOCATIONS will be assigned in DATE-RECEIVED order with priority given to merchants who pay in full. Delay of full booth fee payment may result in assignment of your preferred booth location listed above to another merchant. Your booth location may be affected by your electricty needs, which will be discussed with you in needed.

Non-Refundable Deposit
If you are not selected as a merchant for our show, your deposit will be refunded to you.  If you are selected to participate in our show, your deposit is non-refundable.  Your deposit will be credited towards your booth fee.  If you are selected and need to cancel for any reason, you will NOT receive a refund for your deposit or any booth payments made at the time of cancellation.

As a potential merchant for Tinsel & Treasure, I fully understand that booth locations will be assigned in the order of which they are received.  I also understand that I will be required to stay within my allotted space and that my booth deposit is non-refundable.

Electricity: Booths requiring electricity will be placed near outlets for electrical use. Note that there are electrical outlets in Merchant Hospitality and other areas that can be used for charging computers, phones, etc.

If you are not a returning merchant, you are required to upload pictures or submit samples of your merchandise.  (You may send them to Junior League of Knoxville, Attn: Merchant Chair, 607 Market St, Suite 500., Knoxville, TN  37902).  Your application will not be approved until these items have been received.
