The Junior League of Knoxville’s Advocacy and Public Awareness committee identifies issues of interest to our membership, researches and develops public stands and position statements around those issues, and seeks to educate the membership on public policy and legislation concerning those issues. Specific areas of legislative interest include domestic violence, child care, healthcare and education.
